We are an online service portal with the aim to connect job seekers who seeks overseas career to potential employers. We are not a recruitment agency. ACRA registration no: 201627455M
Registration
By registering yourself as a user (both job seeker and employer), you are accepting the terms and privacy of using our services. The terms stated in this User Agreement is non-exhaustive and users of ResumeBank should abide by the judicial laws of the country of operation (Singapore) which also covers copyrights and any IP filed by ResumeBank.
Upon registration, you are permitting ResumeBank to extract information from your Social Media which has been provided access by API of the Social Media.
Users also grant us to do random background checks on publicly available information.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of User Data caused by any third party.
If we processes any personal data on the customer’s behalf when performing its obligations, any third parties record their intention that we shall be the your data intermediary. You agrees to the following :

ResumeBank is not a storage facility and will not be liable for any loss of information.
You shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of you data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of your data.
Messaging Services
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for potential Employers to communicate via our Message service with Jobseekers exchange information, material and data in areas of the website. Verdandi Private Limited does not screen, edit, publish or review any messages prior to their appearance on the website and any Messages do not reflect the views or opinions of Verdandi Private Limited, its agents or affiliates. Message reflect the view and opinion of the person who send the Message. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Verdandi Private Limited shall not be responsible or liable for the Message or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Message on this website.
Verdandi Private Limited reserves the right to monitor all Messages and to remove any Messages which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

By using our service, you agreed to the following:
Information provided by you must be 100% accurate at any point of time.
You do not misuse any Jobseeker’s information in any form.
You do not use it for any other purposes, other than for company you represent only.
Communication to any candidate must be true at all times, it should not contain any misleading information that may result in dispute.
If you are a third party representative, such as a recruitment agency;
you are obliged to inform the candidate in any possible form that you are a third party representative;
never mislead the candidate you made contact with to think that you are a direct employer, unless in the event that you are recruiting for your own company; and
you are encouraged to provide a lower rates in the event if you collect any form of fees from any candidates, and it is a standard practice in your company (the purpose is to provide our candidate more benefits).
In the event that we have found out that you have done the above mentioned, we will suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, and/or any other actions necessary as required by the local authority.
Obligations to Jobseekers
By using our service, you agreed to the following:
Information provided by you must be 100% accurate at any point of time;
Communication with any potential employers that approached you must be true at all times, it should not contain any misleading information that may result in dispute;
Provide the most up to date information and as accurate since the time of the last log in;
All information required have to be filled up, otherwise account will be suspended;
Most of your information (except your contact details) will be made available to any potential employers who uses our service at all times;
Basic understanding of English Language is a must, as it is an international language in most part of Asia, and this site is depicted in English Language only;
Each natural person is limited to one account only; and
Any account that does not lead to a natural person will be deemed as a hacker account and will be dealt with severely, liable for a legal lawsuit.
Obligations to Exclusive Partners
By using our service, you agreed to the following:
Information provided by you must be 100% accurate at any point of time;
All information required have to be filled up, otherwise account will be suspended;
Provide the most up to date information and as accurate since the time of the last log in;
Most of your information (except your contact details) will be made available to any potential employers who uses our service at all times;
Basic understanding of English Language is a must, as it is an international language in most part of Asia, and this site is depicted in English Language only;
Each natural person is limited to one account only;
Do not represent ResumeBank.Asia without prior permission from related personnel from ResumeBank.Asia;
Do not mis-represent ResumBank.Asia in any form;
Seeking approval from ResumeBank is required in the event that you need to use any media and/or contents related to Resumebank in any form;
Do not perform any illegal activities under the same related or directly to ResumeBank.Asia;
At all times, write in to partnership@resumebank.asia if there is any enquires regarding partnerships; and
Any account that does not lead to a natural person will be deemed as a hacker account and will be dealt with severely, liable for a legal lawsuit.
Obligations to All Users
You are informed to visit our Terms and Condition frequently as there may be new updates from time to time.
In the event that we have found out that you have done the above mentioned, we will suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, and/or any other actions necessary as required by the local authority.and have you liable for any losses depending on the situation.
We welcome all users to act as whistleblowers to report any contentious and suspicious information and/or users that may affect other users.
Payment
Some of our services require payment. As much as we want to make most of the features free for all users, payments collected help to finance our cause and making it an exclusive offer for users that believes in the quality of service we bring.

ResumeBank is not registered as a financial institution and we cannot carry out any deposits and loans services. So, do pay according to payment incurred. ResumeBank will not entertain any financial disputes resulted in an overpayment of its services.
