  • Recruitment agencies provides “ matchmaking “ services between the employers and the candidates. ResumeBank is a channel that allows the employers and the jobseekers to link up and communicate within just the two parties.

 

  • Can you differentiate ResumeBank from job portals?

  • Job Portal allows the employer to put up any job openings in the form of “posts”. Most often posts cannot be changed. And after the post is up, the employer will have to wait for response. We offer a channel for the employer to look for his / her ideal candidate and communicate directly. The employer is able to type different messages to different candidates.

  • There is no formula to calculate the chances of success for anyone to secure a job overseas, same theory applies to when anyone fly overseas hoping to get a job. However, ResumeBank increases the chances of overseas employment.
