Business Development Manager
A tech and fun startup in Singapore is currently hiring the above position. Be part of this lively and up-to-trend social media company!!
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers, set up meetings, perform product presentations, negotiate and close deals
- Devise new growth tactics using conventional (email, phone, networking…) and unconventional channels
- Manage junior team members
- Attend to events organized by the company and our customers
About you:
- At least 2 years of work experience in B2B sales with KPIs and Targets
- A natural relationship-builder and a strong communicator, comfortable in social situations, who likes going to events and meet new people
- Experience with pipeline management and lead generation
- Not afraid to cold call and sell to decision makers
- Experienced in following up on contacts and deals over several months period
- Self-starter, fast learner and have the mindset for continuous improvement
- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools, LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint
- Solid network of contacts in Events / Brands / Marketing is a plus
- Fair command of English, both speaking and writing
