Business Development Manager

A tech and fun startup in Singapore is currently hiring the above position. Be part of this lively and up-to-trend social media company!!

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers, set up meetings, perform product presentations, negotiate and close deals
  • Devise new growth tactics using conventional (email, phone, networking…) and unconventional channels
  • Manage junior team members
  • Attend to events organized by the company and our customers

About you:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in B2B sales with KPIs and Targets
  • A natural relationship-builder and a strong communicator, comfortable in social situations, who likes going to events and meet new people
  • Experience with pipeline management and lead generation
  • Not afraid to cold call and sell to decision makers
  • Experienced in following up on contacts and deals over several months period
  • Self-starter, fast learner and have the mindset for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable with CRM and sales tools, LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Solid network of contacts in Events / Brands / Marketing is a plus
  • Fair command of English, both speaking and writing
