Retail Manager
A retail company in Singapore is currently hiring the position stated.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the retail branch
- Set and drive sales to meet company expectations
- Managing retail staffs' schedule and well-being
- Strategise and execute plans on new promotions to attract new customers
- Maintaining existing customer base
- Providing excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in managing a team / in retail industry
- Speaks fluent English Language (understanding Mandarin would be advantageous)
- Well groomed and pleasant looking
- Sales Driven
- Able to work on retail hours and on weekends / Public Holidays
